NOTES

Subdivision Concept Plans and Uses on Review will not be accepted after the Standard Deadline.

 

Items approved by MPC (except Subdivision and Use on Review, which do not require legislative action) will be scheduled for hearing by City Council or County Commission at the first regular meeting after the required public notice (City Council 15 days, County Commission 15 days).

 

APPEALS

Items denied by MPC will be scheduled for hearing by City Council, County Commission, or the Knox County Board of Zoning Appeals only if appealed.

Deadline for Appeals:

Subdivision items: within 30 days from date of MPC denial

Other City items: within 15 days from date of MPC denial

Other County items: within 30 days from date of MPC denial

Public notice of subdivision appeals are published 15 days prior to City Council or County Commission meetings.
